  • You may be eligible for a monthly payment plan. Deposits are generally due the same day a reservation is held, or within 3 days. Final payments are typically required 45 days prior to travel, giving you the flexibility to make payments at your own pace—as long as the deposit and final balance are paid on time.

  • Travel protection is designed to help safeguard your trip investment and provide peace of mind while traveling. Coverage may vary depending on the plan, but most policies typically include:

    • Trip Cancellation & Interruption – Reimbursement for non-refundable expenses if you must cancel or cut your trip short due to covered reasons such as illness, injury, or certain unforeseen events.

    • Trip Delay & Missed Connections – Compensation for additional expenses like meals, lodging, or transportation if your travel is delayed or you miss a connecting flight for a covered reason.

    • Emergency Medical & Evacuation – Coverage for unexpected medical expenses during your trip, including hospital stays, doctor visits, or emergency transportation.

    • Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Baggage – Reimbursement or assistance if your luggage is lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed.

    • Travel Assistance Services – Access to 24/7 support for emergencies such as locating medical care, replacing lost documents, or arranging emergency travel.

  • With Travel Protection Plus (TPP)

    • Cancellations: Eligible travelers can cancel their trip and avoid penalties. You’ll receive either a travel credit (if that option was selected) or a refund to your original form of payment, less the cost of the TPP premium.

    • Changes: If no penalties apply, your TPP remains active and can be applied to a revised booking without a reactivation fee. But if penalties are incurred, those will be covered by TPP—though a reactivation fee applies to restore coverage.

    Without Travel Protection Plus (TPP)

    • Cancellations: Any refunds due for air-inclusive bookings are provided as future travel credit, minus applicable supplier or brand penalties. Land-only and group bookings may offer refunds in the original payment form—but again, after deducting cancellations fees.

    • Changes: You’re subject to normal cancellation and change penalties from the original supplier and third-party suppliers. Depending on timing and supplier rules, this could include partial or full loss of payments.

  • Deposit requirements and deadlines vary based on booking type (e.g., exclusive flights, published air, land-only), timing (how far ahead you book), and whether you add Travel Protection Plus.

    Deposits can range from $50/pp - $350/pp or pay in full amount could be due. Reach out to the agency for your specific deposit requirements.
